Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Innovar Healthcare (“Innovar Healthcare,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit bridgelink.net (the “Site”). It covers the marketing website only. It does not cover the BridgeLink software you download and self-host, which runs on your own infrastructure and does not send your operational data to us.
Information we collect
Information you provide
When you submit the demo-request or migration-inquiry forms, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, organization, and any message or notes you include. If you purchase a plan, our payment processor collects the billing information needed to complete the transaction (see "Third-party services").
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider [hosting provider] records standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the date and time of your request. These are used to operate and secure the Site.
Browser storage and cookies
We store your light/dark theme preference in your browser's local storage. This is strictly functional and is not used to track you. The Site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Note that the booking calendar embedded on our demo page is provided by Google and may set its own cookies when that page loads (see below).
Third-party services
- Google Fonts — fonts are served by Google, which receives your IP address in order to deliver them.
- Google Calendar — our demo page embeds a Google booking calendar; Google may process data and set cookies under its own policy.
- Stripe — paid plans are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles your payment details; we do not store full card numbers.
- GitHub and Docker Hub — we display public project statistics fetched when the Site is built. No visitor data is sent.
[Confirm this list matches the services actually in use at launch, including any form backend, email, or analytics tooling that gets wired up.]
